Talently is seeking a senior professional to own capital adequacy modeling across risk-bearing entities within the insurance sector. You will maintain loss reserve models, stress-test capital plans, and analyze profitability by line of business for executive leadership.

You will collaborate with actuarial, accounting, and underwriting teams to align reserves with capital positions while guiding statutory requirements and reporting, including automation of workflows.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years in insurance capital management, ERM, actuarial finance, or statutory FP&A in carrier/reinsurer.
• Hands-on experience stress-testing AM Best BCAR for P&C entities.
• Strong financial modeling and expert Excel proficiency.
• Communicate complex actuarial concepts to CFO/C-suite clearly.
• Experience with AI tools for automation and forecasting.

Responsabilidades

• Own capital adequacy modeling across risk-bearing entities, including captives and fronting structures, focusing on AM Best BCAR.
• Maintain loss reserve models and translate findings into capital planning recommendations.
• Build and update capital plans that stress-test surplus under adverse scenarios.
• Analyze underwriting profitability by year, line of business, and entity.
• Support annual planning and reforecasting with entity-level P&L projections.
• Advise on statutory capital requirements and risk-based frameworks.
