Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering, solutions or sales engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers.
• Experience building and shipping AI-enabled software capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Prototype and deliver AI-enabled solutions for customers, with a focus on reliability and security.
• Design and implement agentic AI workflows and integrations with customer systems.
• Embed with strategic customers to gather feedback and influence product roadmaps.
• Lead discovery workshops and translate findings into actionable requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Management, UX, and R&D to shape the AI roadmap.
