Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically 8–13 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Python and software‑engineering fundamentals; LLM/RAG/agents/prompt engineering literacy (depth scales with level).
• Enterprise systems/API integration; cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Containers/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift) and CI/CD as level requires.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer comfort scales with level.
• Rapid prototyping and ownership; willingness to travel as needed.
• Multi‑engagement or multi‑team adoption of practices you led.
• Sets delivery standards for customer engineering, not only excels on one account.
• Balances customization pressure with productized, supportable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and customize agentic AI in customer environments (on‑prem, hyperscaler, or OpenShift).
• Take ownership of features and integrations end‑to‑end, even when requirements are incomplete or evolving.
• Build integrations with customer systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Support proofs‑of‑concept and pilots end‑to‑end; resolve blockers; keep stakeholders informed.
• Work directly with customers across regions/time zones, with travel as required.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor on agentic‑AI adoption with human‑in‑the‑loop governance.
• Bring field learnings back to product and engineering for improvement.
• Contribute pragmatic engineering standards — CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
