Job summary

Aon Corporation in New York is seeking a Senior Claim Preparation Leader to direct forensic accounting for construction-related claims and lead a team of consultants. You will coordinate with brokers, adjusters, and clients to deliver precise, timely analyses and documented results.

This virtual role requires deep knowledge of Builders Risk with soft costs, business interruption, and startup delays, plus strong communication and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university; Accounting degree strongly preferred.
• CPA license preferred but not required.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance and claims-related coverage.
• Ability to manage multiple consultants; provide coaching and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop a book of business with producers, account executives and brokers.
• Communicate value-added services to clients and prospects.
• Execute service/projects/contract obligations efficiently and timely with professional deliverables.
• Oversee consultants; monitor workloads and conduct performance reviews.
• Communicate workload/status of projects to team members.
• Track time and expenses for client billing and internal usage.
• Interact with office leadership and present capabilities and success stories.
