You will own standardized performance metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting to drive strategic actions and align cross-functional teams.

This role partners with Operations, Finance, IT/Data, Commercial, and the PMO to ensure accurate data, robust scenario analysis, and timely communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics, or related field.
• 7–8 years of experience in business performance, analytics, finance, or decision support in manufacturing or regulated environments.
• Experience supporting leadership decision-making with structured analysis and executive communication.
• Advanced Excel and BI/reporting tools proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the site owner for standardized business performance metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Translate complex operational and financial data into concise, decision-focused insights.
• Prepare analyses for recurring operating and financial review cadences to ensure timely, decision-ready data.
