Thriveworks is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making across a rapidly growing healthcare organization. This role sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and data.

The ideal candidate will build financial models, analyze utilization and economics, and translate data into actionable insights for growth, efficiency, and profitability. Remote work within the United States is supported.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3–6+ years of analytical finance experience, ideally in investment banking, consulting or healthcare.
• Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of financial statements and KPIs.
• Experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis.

Mansioni

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across clinics, regions, and service lines.
• Perform variance analysis to identify key drivers of financial performance.
• Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making (e.g., provider hiring, clinic performance, service line expansion).
• Analyze clinic level and provider level economics, including utilization, revenue per visit, and cost structure.
• Translate financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights for business leaders.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (Power BI or similar) integrating financial and operational data.
• Partner with Data Analytics to ensure accuracy and consistency across datasets.
• Work with large, multi-source datasets to build reliable reporting.
• Collaborate with Operations, Clinical, and various other departments to support data driven decision-making.
• Present findings and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial reporting and improve data workflows.
