SGA Dental Partners is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to support corporate FP&A functions. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and financial planning across the corporate function, collaborating with Directors, VPs, and Executives.

Responsibilities include building multi-step financial models, analyzing variances, and delivering insightful reports for leadership. The candidate should have strong Excel skills and a track record of managing multiple projects while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of FP&A experience and modeling.
• Experience with GL/HRIS systems such as Sage Intacct and Workday is a plus.
• Ability to present financial information to non-financial audiences.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare annual and post-acquisition budgets and forecasting.
• Participate in monthly variance analysis and month-end close processes.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and quarterly Board presentations.
• Build and maintain 3-statement financial models to deliver insights into company-wide performance.
• Monitor liquidity, cash flow forecasting, and capital requirements.
• Prepare internal and external reporting and analysis.
• Perform other duties or ad-hoc analysis as assigned.
