Responsibilities

• Perform duties in the office and at field sites to start up or service CDI equipment.
• Provide technical training on the unit and diagnose problems.
• Diagnose, repair, and resolve field service issues with accuracy.
• Keep current on CDI products and attend training to maintain competency.
• Develop standard O&M manuals and troubleshoot guides.
• Mentor Field Service Technicians and coach others.
• Manage customer-related issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide backup telephone support and leadership when needed.
