Job summary

FedEx Logistics seeks a senior regulatory liaison to respond to global regulatory inquiries and coordinate with field offices worldwide. The role supports audits and manages licensing, permits, and TSA security documents across regulatory bodies.

Remote, with candidates within 50 miles of specified U.S. locations; requires extensive knowledge of 3PL regulations, global HTS, and import/export procedures. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business field.
• 10 years in 3PL industry preferred.
• Customs broker’s license or CES preferred.
• Knowledge of 3PL regulations, global HTS, import/export procedures, SOLAS, and advanced manifests.
• Strong organizational, leadership, problem solving, and attention to detail.
• Proficient in resolving international regulatory issues with communication skills.
• Understanding of accounting practices; strong customer service.
• Proficiency with MS Office and other software; prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer regulatory questions for the field; coordinate with global offices.
• Coordinate licenses, permits, renewals, and payments (TSA, FMC, FMCSA, PHMSA).
• Coordinate TSA security documents and inspections.
• Manage DRPS reviews and approvals; release matches when needed.
• Coordinate C-TPAT filings for FTN Brokerage with Security team.
• Maintain CSM requirements for LD notices and government communications.
• Lead monthly reporting and respond to governmental inquiries.
