Our client, a highly regarded pharmaceutical company, is seeking 3 freelance UX / UI Experience Designers to join their XD team for an ongoing project.

This is a remote, full-time (40 hrs/week) contract running through December 2025, with potential for extension based on performance and business needs. Must be able to work EST hours

Areas of Expertise

Candidates must have hands-on experience working within Design Systems in at least one of the following areas and be able to give specific examples prior to being submitted to the client.

• Templates
• Proof of Concept

Role Expectations

Templates

• Lead discovery and design for a series of templates/layouts supporting product brand commercial websites
• Audit existing templates and brand experiences to identify commonalities, distinctions, and opportunities for standardization
• Align templates with design system strategy and global design system standards
• Collaborate with leadership to prioritize and integrate templates into the design system
• Assist with piloting workflows, iterating on templates, and maintaining usability
  
  

Proofs-of-Concept

• Lead discovery and design for proofs-of-concept for a theme-able Figma design system
• Design specific pages for various product brand commercial websites
• Audit brand experiences to identify standardization opportunities
• Align with existing and evolving design system standards
• Collaborate with leadership to shape and prioritize design system integration
• Assist with piloting workflows and iterating on templates
  
  

Documentation

• Lead discovery and design for design system documentation strategy
• Design documentation assets such as a doc site and instructional materials
• Audit design system strategy to identify documentation needs
• Align with global design system standards
• Collaborate with leadership to shape and implement documentation strategy
