Sr. UX/UI Designer - Design Systems for a leadinghealthcare and consumer goods company.

This is a 6 month contract role, with potential to extend. It’s fully remote, with EST hours.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with XD design team + business and tech partners to define and design reusable, experience design “templates” to be incorporated into an evolving, theme-able design system that will support numerous product brand websites and go-to-market strategies.
• This will involve discovery and requirements gathering in addition to hands-on design work.

Requirements:

• Lead discovery and design for a series of templates / layouts to support product brand commercial websites and to be incorporated into a theme-able design system supporting strategic initiatives across a family of products.
• Assess / audit identified templates and existing brand experiences to identify template commonalities across distinct product brands, distinctions, and opportunities for standardization and simplification in line with design system strategy
• Align to existing, evolving design system standards and to our global, parent design system standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape, prioritize, and provide guidance on incorporating templates into design system.
• Assist with piloting end-to-end design system work flows, iterating on design system templates as needed, and evolving and maintaining templates to meet user needs.
• Expertise in Figma — including libraries, components, variable modes, tokens, auto-layout, etc. — is required, as well as experience leveraging and building design systems.
