Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 8+ years field experience in a lead role.
• 15+ years’ experience as PM or Estimator developing cost estimates.
• Strong knowledge/experience of Data Centers.
• Sound knowledge of BICSI design principles.
• Good numeracy and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review bid documents to determine details of complex low voltage commercial construction projects.
• Write scope of work and develop cost estimates in response to bid specifications and safety protocols.
• Prepare bid packages to include proposal, safety requirements and all supporting documents.
• Determine project timelines based on project complexities and construction environments.
• Execute take-offs of documents.
• Mentor junior estimating staff and provide bid reviews.
• Attend site-walks and pre-bid meetings to document site conditions for estimates.
