Providence is seeking a Senior ERP Applications Analyst to sustain and optimize UKG Healthcare Productivity within ERP environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business needs and manage releases and enhancements.

The role requires senior-level expertise in ERP systems, strong stakeholder communication, and a proactive approach to problem solving. Remote work is available for residents across multiple states, including Alaska.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce, or equivalent experience with at least 5 years in this domain.
• 5 years of design, implementation or maintenance of large ERP systems (Oracle Cloudsuite, Oracle EBS/EPM, PeopleSoft, Workday, etc.).
• 2 years of leading medium to complex projects; familiarity with deployment, support life cycle, change management and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sustainment, maintenance and optimization of UKG Healthcare Productivity within ERP ecosystems.
• Manage change requests, testing, releases and stakeholder expectations across multiple teams.
• Balance technical ACUM with operations management to sustain reliable systems.
