Qualifications
- Hands-on Epic Payer Platform experience is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant healthcare industry experience.
- 5-7+ years of Epic systems administration experience.
- Epic certification/accreditation required.
- Epic Payer Platform certification in Core, MemberExperience, or Tapestry.
- 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Epic Payer solutions.
- Healthcare insurance industry experience.
Responsibilities
- Configure, implement, maintain, and support Epic applications.
- Lead business analysis and workflow optimization for Epic systems.
- Perform system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
