Job summary

Brown and Caldwell seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead Environmental Construction Services (ECS) projects in Private Sector and Municipal markets, using at-risk delivery models (DB, EPC, CMAR). You will assemble and lead multidisciplinary teams across environmental science, engineering, compliance, and construction to deliver integrated ECS solutions.

This role emphasizes strong networking and client engagement to grow revenue, with travel up to 20% and preference for near Ramsey

Qualifications

• Typically, 10+ years of relevant experience in mid-size to large environmental/construction projects.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage scope, schedule, budget and risk.
• Experience with at-risk delivery models (design-build, EPC, CMAR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for mid-sized to large ECS projects.
• Assemble and manage multidisciplinary teams across BC units and partners.
• Develop detailed scopes, schedules, and budgets to meet client and company goals.
• Monitor safety, quality, risk, and profitability in project delivery.
• Foster client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
• Guide teams in at-risk delivery models and ensure compliance.
