Qualifications

• CEQA, NEPA, Endangered Species Act, Clean Water Act knowledge.
• Experience with BLM and other regulatory agencies.
• Experience overseeing construction-phase environmental programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead environmental compliance programs for complex infrastructure and energy projects.
• Oversee environmental compliance during construction and coordination with agencies.
• Monitor permits, mitigation measures, and environmental commitments.
• Manage reporting, audits, and corrective actions.
