GuidePoint Security is seeking a Senior Entra Engineer to join our Microsoft Cloud Security Team. The role focuses on deep Microsoft Entra ID expertise, designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex Entra environments, including hybrid with on‑prem AD and identity provider integrations.

You'll own the identity workstream on engagements, with strong collaboration across projects and a focus on delivering secure, scalable identity solutions for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Entra ID and security operations.
• Deep knowledge of Conditional Access, MFA/passwordless, PIM, RBAC, and entitlement management.
• Strong experience with hybrid identity and Entra Connect/Cloud Sync.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end Entra ID environments including tenant architecture and lifecycle management.
• Configure and govern access with Conditional Access, MFA/passwordless, and entitlement management.
• Own hybrid identity design including Entra Connect, AD, and federation considerations.
• Design and support identity federation between Entra ID and other IdPs (Okta, Ping Identity, ADFS).
• Integrate applications via SSO (SAML/OIDC) and SCIM provisioning; troubleshoot token/claims issues.
