Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is seeking a Principal Customer Success Manager to partner with large enterprise customers and drive AI-enabled service transformations. Responsibilities

• Own health, success strategy, and retention for a portfolio of enterprise customers.
• Lead executive conversations, QBRs/EBRs, and success-plan reviews.
• Develop AI/automation roadmaps aligned to customer objectives and ROI.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into Fin solutions.
• Mentor other CSMs and contribute to playbooks and practices.
