E2 Consulting Engineers, LP in the Los Angeles area seeks an experienced Senior Enterprise AI & Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and operationalize secure AI-enabled solutions across the Guardian enterprise.

The role focuses on production-ready solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Dataverse, Power Platform, and APIs, with a strong emphasis on governance, security, and scalable architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience delivering production AI solutions and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise AI solutions using Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
• Build AI-enabled workflows and conversational agents securely interacting with enterprise data.
• Design and implement RAG and grounding patterns using Dataverse, Microsoft 365, APIs, and databases.
• Develop APIs, connectors, and integrations with Power Automate and Azure Functions.
• Implement human-in-the-loop controls, security measures, and governance for AI solutions.
• Collaborate with IT leadership and other technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
