Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in business or related field.
• 5+ years in program/project management within healthcare or insurance operations.
• Experience managing and tracking projects, portfolios and/or programs.
• Comfortable learning new content quickly and handling ambiguity.
• Ability to execute tasks captured in a project plan.
• Ability to facilitate meetings with multiple participants at varying levels.
• Strong written and oral communication abilities.
• Solid knowledge of MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of Stars-related projects and ensure milestones are met.
• Serve as liaison translating business needs into actionable plans.
• Lead governance updates and quarterly reviews with business partners.
• Maintain integrated project plans, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution and resolve delivery barriers.
• Maintain program dashboards and KPI tracking for leadership.
• Embed Stars strategies into workflows with analytics, quality, legal, IT teams.
