Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to grow and scale engineering teams that deliver high-quality software for customer-facing products and internal platforms, including the Fanatics App. You will provide leadership across mobile and backend, recruit and coach engineers, align roadmaps with product and design, and drive KPI-driven execution with a focus on reliability and rapid iteration.

Qualifications

Experience managing one or more engineering teams.
Experience building scalable and fault-tolerant systems.
Ability to communicate complex technical subjects to diverse audiences.
Familiar with Agile software product delivery and SCRUM.
