You will guide architecture, delivery, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Growth, and Delivery to align with the roadmap.

You will mentor engineers, drive DevOps practices, and stay current with cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure, Kubernetes) while delivering secure, scalable solutions for

Qualifications

• 6+ years of industry experience in building, maintaining platforms and infrastructure.
• 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams, including remote/distributed environments.
• Strong technical background in software engineering with cloud proficiency (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deploying cloud-native software to Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with a proven track record of empowering teams.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers building UDS-compatible applications.
• Own the team's deliverables, ensuring scalable, highly-available products on time.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Delivery to align roadmaps with objectives.
• Drive code quality, architecture, and process improvements for efficiency and security.
• Mentor engineers and guide their professional and technical development.
• Facilitate communication with clients and engineers on specs, budgets, and deadlines.
• Stay current with trends to improve product lines and production efficiency.
