Job summary

Mainspring Energy is seeking an Account Executive, Industrial to own the full sales cycle for high-value energy solutions with oil & gas and heavy industrial clients. You will engage C-suite and technical champions, articulate the financial and technical value, and drive multi-million dollar contracts from initial interest to closed Won.

This remote role prefers Texas, offering a 100% target bonus and includes pre-IPO stock options plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in transacting complex, high-TCV enterprise deals.
• Deep domain expertise in Oil & Gas—Midstream or Energy Transition.
• Proven enterprise closer with direct contract closing experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a concentrated portfolio of strategic target accounts.
• Drive the last mile of the sales process from Progress to Closed-Won and meet annual quota.
• Build trust with technical champions and C-suite executives to make Mainspring the preferred partner.
