Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in electric utility regulation or related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% across the United States.
• Strong knowledge of FERC regulations, NERC standards, and RTO/ISO processes.
• Experience supporting utilities, generation owners/operators, or energy regulators.
• Experience participating in ISO/RTO stakeholder processes, tariff development, market design initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on regulatory requirements, policy developments, and market design changes affecting energy infrastructure and operations.
• Develop regulatory strategies supporting generation, transmission, distribution, storage, renewables, and emerging technologies.
• Analyze wholesale electricity markets, capacity markets, and other market constructs.
• Lead client presentations, workshops, and executive briefings; mentor junior consultants.
