Energy Sciences in the Philadelphia area is seeking a senior energy engineer to help commercial and industrial clients reduce energy use and optimize system performance. You will provide technical expertise through energy efficiency programs, training initiatives, and direct-to-customer consulting services.
The role requires 7+ years in energy engineering or related fields, with strong skills in reporting, analysis, and onsite assessments.
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field with 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Non-degreed candidates may apply with 10+ years of experience in energy assessments and commissioning work.
- Minimum 5 years focused on energy engineering, consulting, or building systems performance.
Mansioni
- Identify and quantify energy efficiency opportunities across client sites.
- Perform energy and economic analyses and review assessments and calculations.
- Collaborate with customers, answer technical questions, and develop projects.
- Prepare reports and deliver presentations to clients.
- Conduct site surveys, system investigations and facilities assessments.
- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance.
- Travel to customer sites up to 25% and support utility programs.
