Job summary

Barracuda is seeking a Senior Endpoint Security & IR Engineer to join our incident response team. You will lead management of our SentinelOne XDR platform, conduct complex investigations across multiple client environments, and ensure rapid containment of threats in a fast-paced MSSP setting.

Collaborating with Cyber Concierge and Threat Analytics teams, you will build detection rules, perform forensics, and deliver executive-ready reports while maintaining a 24/7 on-call rotation for critical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years in incident response, forensics or security operations.
• GIAC or equivalent certifications required; multiple listed preferred.
• Experience with MSSP/MDR and client engagements is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with SentinelOne, Binalyze AIR, Elastic and Databricks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end incident response engagements across client environments.
• Perform host-based forensics and threat hunting at scale.
• Design and tune detection rules within SentinelOne and Elastic.
• Coordinate with multi-tenant teams and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations.
