Job summary

Fisher Phillips, a leading labor and employment law firm, seeks experienced employment attorneys to join our team as Special Counsel in our Virtual Office. This mostly remote role handles administrative charges, demand letters, and employment litigation for various clients, with some local travel.

You will supervise others, develop case strategies, draft and review work product, conduct depositions, and represent clients at hearings, conferences, and trials.

Qualifications

JD from ABA-accredited law school.
7+ years of experience in employment law and litigation.
Active bar membership in good standing.
Preferred California bar admission.
Experience in EPLI is a plus.
Remote work ability.

Responsibilities

Handle administrative charges, attorney demand letters, and employment litigation for clients.
Supervise others, develop case strategies, and draft and review work product.
Conduct depositions and represent clients at hearings, conferences, and trials.
Occasional local travel may be required.
