Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in employee benefits brokerage, consulting, or insurance.
• Group Health License for Employee Benefits required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve annual new business revenue goals.
• Generate qualified leads and build a sales pipeline through networking, referrals, events, and prospecting.
• Conduct client needs assessments and develop customized employee benefits strategies.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and revenue forecasting within CRM systems.
• Analyze and evaluate medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and other employee benefit programs.
• Review RFPs, conduct market analyses, negotiate with carriers, and renew strategies.
• Develop financial projections, cost analyses, benchmarking recommendations.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements with carriers and vendors.
