Above Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to own the technical quality of electrical designs and lead the design team.

You will ensure on-time project delivery, delegate work, mentor designers and junior engineers, and guide projects from contract to completion in healthcare and other demanding settings. The role requires a PE license, ABET-accredited degree, and 10+ years of experience, with strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and power/lighting systems.

Competenze

• ABET-accredited electrical engineering degree.
• PE license active with NCEES in good standing.
• Minimum 10 years of engineering and project management experience.

• Own the technical quality of the design on all assigned projects and ensure on-time delivery.
• Delegate tasks across projects and manage department workload prioritization.
• Coordinate design elements with other disciplines and attend cross-functional meetings.
• Interface with clients to ensure needs are met and support business development.
• See projects through from contract/proposal to finished results, meeting client standards.
