Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required; Master's preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in electrical design, power systems, or defense-related products.
• Strong knowledge of lithium-ion battery technologies, safety, and protection designs.
• Experience with battery systems, power electronics, and low-EMI circuit design.
• Proficiency with electrical design software tools; experience with microcontrollers and CAN/serial communications.

Aufgaben

• Design and develop electrical circuits for batteries, chargers, and rechargeable systems.
• Create detailed electrical schematics, specifications, and documentation.
• Design and integrate battery monitoring and protection systems.
• Perform system analysis related to electrical performance, thermal management, EMI, and reliability.
• Use engineering tools for simulation, modeling, and analysis of electrical designs.
• Support environmental and electrical qualification testing per military/defense standards.
• Collaborate with mechanical, software, systems, and manufacturing teams throughout development.
