TruLegal seeks a Senior eDiscovery Counsel to advise clients on sophisticated discovery, information governance, and data privacy issues arising from complex litigation and investigations. This fully remote U.S. position offers leadership of client engagements and strategy development.

Ideal candidate holds a U.S. bar, strong drafting and client-facing skills, and can contribute to business development and industry thought leadership; travel is required as needed.

Formación

• Active U.S. bar admission; DC admission preferred.
• Significant law firm experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
• Experience with eDiscovery and information governance a must.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client engagements and teams with minimal oversight.
• Develop discovery strategy and draft complex work product (ESI agreements, protective orders, motions).
• Provide legal analysis and practical solutions to clients and team members.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development.
