Job summary

Hitachi Solutions is seeking a Senior Architect for supply chain management to lead the design of enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management programs. You will guide clients through modernization while aligning with business objectives and best practices.

You will provide lifecycle leadership from envisioning to post-go-live optimization, collaborating with stakeholders, architects, developers and finance teams to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of ERP Supply Chain Management implementation experience, including at least 5 years leading full lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management implementations.
• Must have experience in a large consulting organization, preferably a Microsoft Partner.
• Demonstrated expertise across multiple supply chain domains including inventory, procurement, order, warehouse, transportation, manufacturing, planning, forecasting, intercompany operations, and enterprise asset management.
• Experience with modern Microsoft technologies and integration patterns (Power Apps, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Data Lake, Dataverse, Dual-write, Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of AI-enabled supply chain capabilities, Copilot experiences, warehouse optimization, and agent-based extensibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale SCM programs built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
• Provide trusted advisory to clients guiding complex modernization initiatives.
• Oversee solution envisioning, blueprinting, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, finance and manufacturing teams to ensure scalable, secure, future-ready solutions.
• Mentor consultants and ensure alignment between business requirements and technical execution.
