We are hiring a Senior Dispute Analyst to own the full disputes lifecycle—from intake to resolution—and to lead SOPs, metrics, and automation efforts that keep the program defensible with partner banks and regulators.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on experience managing card disputes and chargebacks.
• Knowledge of consumer protection regulations and card network rules.
• Proven ability to own programs end to end with SOPs and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end disputes lifecycle: intake, investigation, chargeback processing, and dispute resolution.
• Develop and maintain SOPs reflecting regulations and network rules.
• Test and deploy agentic investigation solutions to reduce handling time.
• Document context and build prompts for AI-assisted workflows.
• Handle complex edge cases and drive improvement via data analysis.
