Road Scholar seeks a Senior Director, Travel Services to set the strategic direction and provide leadership for Travel Services. You will guide a team of senior leaders, align inbound, outbound, and support functions, and ensure a high‑quality, consistent participant experience while pursuing long‑term strategy, innovation, and growth.

This exempt, remote role offers a salary range of $119,500–$144,500, based on experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading complex service, operations, or hospitality organizations.
• 5+ years leading organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• 5+ years of experience leading senior leaders and building high-performing teams.
• Ability to balance participant needs, employee experience, and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the vision and long-term direction for Travel Services.
• Establish a clear service and operating model across inbound, outbound, and support teams.
• Ensure the function evolves to meet changing participant and organizational needs.
• Lead strategic improvements that enhance service quality and efficiency.
