Qualifications

• Progressive accounting/finance experience in pharma or life sciences.
• Experience leading revenue accounting, gross-to-net, and government pricing.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SOX controls, and SEC reporting support.
• Leadership experience coaching and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for revenue accounting, gross-to-net, and government pricing.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Market Access, FP&A, Legal, and IT to enable pricing strategies.
• Oversee month-end close, reconciliations, and management reporting.
• Manage outsourced government pricing provider and 3PL billing relationships.
• Develop scalable processes, internal controls, and SOX compliance.
