Daybreak Health is a growing teletherapy startup delivering care to youth and families through schools, funded by health plans. It is a company with a small RCM team and a culture of ownership, automation, and direct impact.

We are seeking a senior leader to own the revenue cycle management, scale the RCM team, and drive automation to improve billing accuracy and efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in RCM with 5+ years leading teams.
• Deep outpatient behavioral health and Medicaid/MCO billing expertise.
• Startup experience and hands-on automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead AR, denials, metrics, systems, and front-end revenue integrity.
• Drive automation and AI initiatives to eliminate manual billing.
• Oversee cash forecasting and compliance for adolescent behavioral health.

Job description

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years in RCM with 5+ years leading teams.
• Deep outpatient behavioral health and Medicaid/MCO billing expertise.
• Experience with startups and hands-on automation.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Target base salary of $175,000 plus equity and benefits.
• Medical, dental, vision, unlimited PTO, and quarterly mental health days.
• Fully remote from anywhere in the United States.
