Qualifications

• Master’s degree in health policy, public health, public affairs, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in health policy, public programs (Medicare/Medicaid), or government sectors.
• Minimum of 5 years managing high-performing teams and developing talent.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and compliance guidance.

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive the U.S. public policy agenda in alignment with strategic goals.
• Present strategic plans and policy updates to senior executives including CEO and leads.
• Develop and execute comprehensive policy strategies with Federal/State GA and Alliance Development.
• Assess legislative and regulatory developments and determine strategic business impact.
