Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a senior provider relations leader to oversee network performance, communications, and education efforts. The role focuses on improving quality of care, access, and cost efficiency across the enterprise.

You will partner with Credentialing, Contracting and Shared Services, guiding strategic provider engagement and training programs, while building robust metrics and reporting to drive improvements. This remote role requires travel to NY offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 8+ years in provider relations or contracting, preferably in managed care or Medicaid.
• Experience leading major projects and change initiatives; prior staff management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee provider network performance and communications to improve quality and access at lower costs.
• Lead provider satisfaction programs, reporting tools, and cross-enterprise collaboration.
• Communicate and train providers on products, services, and tools.
• Develop enterprise metrics and reporting tools to support cost and quality initiatives.
• Deploy and expand provider engagement across corporate areas and health plans.
• Oversee provider education materials and monitor policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with Credentialing, PDM, Contracting, Shared Services on data accuracy.
