Centene Corporation is seeking a senior specialist to manage and support network performance analytics. The role focuses on designing data solutions to support contracting analytics and modeling applications, with a remote-first setup in the United States and quarterly onsite meetings in St.

Louis, MO. The candidate will lead analytic projects, collaborate across departments, monitor unit cost trends, and enhance reporting capabilities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Economics, Finance, Healthcare or related field.
• 6+ years of contracting, healthcare reimbursement, provider contract modeling or quality measurement experience.
• Knowledge of Health Care Delivery Systems; familiarity with SQL, SAS/SPSS, Office Suite, Visio preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee development of contract analytics applications and determine financial impact of negotiations and rate changes.
• Develop analytic and reporting tools to monitor unit cost and cost of care changes.
• Provide analytic support for network performance, unit cost trends, profiling, and contract modeling.
