Qualifications

• 6+ years in contracting, healthcare reimbursement, or contract modeling.
• Familiar with Health Care Delivery Systems.
• Experience with analytics/reporting tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of contract analytics and evaluate financial impact.
• Develop analytic and reporting capabilities to monitor unit cost changes.
• Provide analytic support for network performance and contract modeling.
• Plan and manage analytics projects with milestones.
• Collaborate with other departments to define reporting needs.
• Lead provider profiling and network performance analytics.
• Monitor unit cost trends and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support existing applications and develop enhancements.
