Job summary

Alpha Delta Pi is seeking a Senior Director of Data & Organizational Efficiency to drive the organization's use of data for strategic decisions. The role leads business intelligence, data analysis, performance measurement, and organizational efficiency across departments including IT, HR, and membership.

The position collaborates with executive leadership to translate complex data into clear insights, establishing standards and a roadmap to strengthen analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in data analytics or related field required; master's preferred.
Seven+ years in BI, data analytics, or organizational effectiveness.
Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Experience with CRM systems and data governance.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise data and analytics strategy with dashboards and KPIs.
Develop executive dashboards and scorecards.
Connect data from multiple sources to identify trends and risks.
Establish reporting standards and data definitions.
Partner with IT to improve data infrastructure and integration.
Prepare executive and board-level performance reports.
