Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is required.
• Professional Engineering license strongly preferred.
• MBA or advanced business leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Significant civil engineering leadership with responsibility for client relationships and program delivery.
• Experience leading national client programs and scaling delivery teams.
• Strong business and financial acumen for evaluating client growth opportunities and staffing.
• Understanding of civil engineering delivery for multi-site, national, or programmatic clients.
• Ability to lead through influence and communicate effectively with clients and teams.
• Willingness to identify practical uses for AI tools to improve processes and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead national Multi-Site Civil Engineering teams with accountability for client service, team performance, and financial results.
• Strengthen delivery systems, team structures, workflows, quality expectations, and communication standards across national programs.
• Build a national delivery platform that strengthens client confidence and becomes a competitive advantage.
• Mentor and develop high-performing Multi-Site Civil Engineering teams with depth and technical capability.
• Create a culture of accountability, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Strengthen national client relationships by understanding needs and improving responsiveness.
• Collaborate with client leaders and technical teams to support program delivery and growth.
• Drive consistent execution across programs, including scope, schedule, budget, invoicing, and closeout.
• Use performance data and client feedback to identify trends and improve outcomes.
