Ladders is seeking a Senior Director - Cybersecurity Identity & Access Management to define and drive the enterprise IAM strategy in a remote US-based environment. You will lead the IAM organization, implement SSO, MFA, governance, and ensure compliance across a highly regulated biotech/pharma context, partnering with technology teams and senior stakeholders.

• 15+ years of cybersecurity experience with a focus on IAM.
• 10+ years leading enterprise programs or teams.
• Proven ability to drive large-scale remediation outcomes and establish SLAs.
• Strong executive communication skills for presenting risk and progress to senior leadership.
• Deep understanding of identity control frameworks and access management architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and own the IAM vision, strategy, and operational model while leading the IAM organization.
• Implement core IAM capabilities such as SSO, MFA, and identity governance.
• Design tailored identity solutions for complex deployment scenarios.
• Oversee identity management governance and ensure compliance with performance metrics.
• Develop relationships within the industry to implement best practices and latest technologies.
• Lead cybersecurity metrics and executive reporting processes, including KPIs.
• Collaborate with technology teams to onboard applications to identity products.
