Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Director, Delivery & Deployment Excellence based in the United States. This senior leader will guide regional readiness, deployment quality, and adoption of ERP upgrades across the Americas, collaborating with finance, order management, distribution, and supply chain teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field, or equivalent.
• Extensive ERP delivery and enterprise transformation experience with regional programs.
• End-to-end business process expertise across commercial, customer service, finance, distribution, and supply chain.
• Deployment lifecycle: readiness, testing, cutover, go-live, stabilization.
• ERP platform knowledge: Oracle E-Business Suite or similar.
• Governance, performance metrics, risk management capabilities.
• Stakeholder influence across functions, cultures, regions and time zones.
• Strategic thinking with practical judgment balancing local vs enterprise standards.
• Problem-solving, accountability, risk identification early.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Continuous improvement mindset; standardization and AI-enabled innovation interest.
• Preferred certifications in program/project management or change management.
• Healthcare regulation experience beneficial.
• Innovation and adaptability for AI-enabled enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional delivery and deployment strategy across the Americas.
• Collaborate with Order Management, Distribution, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Global Trade Services, and commercial teams to assess requirements and priorities.
• Standardize processes to improve productivity and maximize technology investment value.
• Balance regional and global priorities with clear recommendations.
• Oversee testing and solution quality within the global framework.
• Define readiness criteria and track milestones, risks, and actions.
• Coordinate cutover, go-live, and stabilization with stakeholders.
• Lead change management and adoption efforts with functional leaders.
• Influence stakeholders to protect delivery commitments and outcomes.
• Develop reusable deployment playbooks and repeatable practices.
• Monitor post-deployment performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Champion AI-enabled capabilities around ERP to improve regional performance.
