Job summary

argenx SE is seeking a Senior Director, Portfolio Marketing Community Lead to drive the marketing engine across Neurology and Rheumatology. Lead a dynamic team, set the operating model, and translate strategy into high-impact activation and measurable outcomes.

You will partner with Therapeutic Leads, Customer Engagement, and Planning functions to ensure scalable capabilities and timely delivery, while leading with strategic marketing judgement.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in marketing leadership in complex organisations.
• Experience leading strategy, delivery, and execution across brands and launches.
• Experience applying data, AI, automation to marketing; healthcare or biopharma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and operating model for Portfolio Marketing.
• Lead demand, staffing, and deployment with capacity visibility.
• Oversee strategic delivery across activation, omnichannel, congress execution.
• Build scalable marketing capabilities and talent.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to align priorities and delivery.
