Job summary

Synergy is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to design, secure, and optimize cloud-native platforms in AWS and Kubernetes environments. You will lead CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and security automation while aligning with regulatory requirements.

You will mentor engineers and drive best practices in DevSecOps, cloud architecture, automation, and secure software delivery, particularly in regulated or mission-critical settings.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years in DevSecOps/DevOps or related roles.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployments.
• Experience deploying AWS infrastructure with Terraform/Helm.
• Experience in securing CI/CD pipelines with security controls.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure in AWS and Kubernetes.
• Develop, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated delivery.
• Implement IaC with Terraform and Helm.
• Integrate security controls into SDLC, including vulnerability scanning and compliance monitoring.
• Manage and secure EKS environments, container registries, and deployments.
• Implement identity/access management with enterprise standards.
