Job summary

Arena Technical Resources, LLC (ATR) is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Automation Solution Architect to support a large-scale Mainframe Modernization for a federal customer. You will collaborate with client stakeholders to design and implement modern engineering, automation, and delivery practices that accelerate legacy-to-cloud transformation.

You will lead solution development, shape technical roadmaps, and guide teams in DevSecOps approaches ensuring reliability, security, and scalability

Qualifications

• 10+ years software development experience, including 5+ years in DevSecOps CI/CD.
• 3+ years developing cloud-native software solutions (AWS preferred).
• Certifications in software development, DevSecOps, or cloud-native architecture.
• Expertise in DevSecOps automation, Agile/Lean delivery, and enterprise-grade CI/CD tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design and communicate DevSecOps automation strategies that align legacy-to-cloud modernization goals and customer mission needs.
• Build compelling technical briefings, modernization roadmaps, and reusable solution artifacts for customers.
• Guide engineering teams on CI/CD modernization, security integration, test automation, and cloud deployment approaches.
• Evaluate legacy mainframe workflows and plan prototypes showing modernization feasibility and value.
• Continuously assess modernization progress and support improvements across development, deployment, security, and monitoring.
