GoFasti is seeking an English-fluent Senior DevOps Engineer to work remotely from Latin America. You will architect cloud-native infra, lead client discussions, and implement robust CI/CD with security as code.

Deep Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka experience and strong Java/Spring knowledge are essential for delivering scalable backend services. You will collaborate with global clients, document architectures, and ensure high availability with automated failover and DR strategies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering experience.
• Experience delivering infrastructure solutions across concurrent client engagements.
• Deep Java ecosystem knowledge with Spring Boot/Spring Cloud scale.

Responsibilities

• Architect resilient, cloud-native infrastructure aligned to client objectives.
• Produce architecture diagrams, roadmaps, and runbooks.
• Lead client discussions translating requirements into roadmaps.
• Design and manage production cloud environments hosting Java services.
• Standardize containers with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement observability to optimize Java apps.
• Enforce Security as Code within CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure designs meet industry standards and compliance.
• Implement high availability, failover, and disaster recovery.
