Job summary

INFUSE is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to own and evolve our AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines and observability stack. You will bridge cloud engineering and software development across our product suite, including production LLMs and modernization projects.

The role emphasizes Terraform/Ansible, GitHub Actions, EKS, and zero-trust security. You will mentor teams and drive cost optimization while maintaining strong security and reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps / SRE with AWS at scale.
• Expert with Terraform and Ansible; design production workflows with GitHub Actions.
• Strong Kubernetes experience with Docker and AWS EKS; Helm usage.
• Security-focused: zero-trust patterns, automated secrets management, patching, Cloudflare WAF/proxy config.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and run secure AWS infrastructure (EC2 with Docker Compose, EKS) using Terraform and Ansible.
• Migrate workloads from EC2 to EKS and manage CI/CD in GitHub Actions; move Jenkins jobs to GitHub Actions.
• Maintain security baseline: Cloudflare WAF, restricted SSH, least-privilege IAM, secrets rotation.
• Own monitoring, alerting and logs with Grafana, OpenTelemetry and Sentry; participate in on-call, post-incident reviews.
• Own backups and regular restore tests; manage AWS cost via tagging and rightsizing.
• Review infrastructure regularly; propose improvements and plan cost-efficient changes.
• Document undocumented infra and bring under IaC, CI/CD and standards.
• Collaborate on new projects: cost estimates, production readiness, hosting design.
