Senior Software Engineer, Design Systems to join a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role focuses on bridging design and production code in a modern frontend environment and collaborating with Design, Developer Experience, and Frontend Infrastructure teams.

Remote - US-based candidates only. Compensation: $179,400 – $232,100 annually. Must have 6+ years in software engineering, strong TS/React skills, and experience with AI-assisted development tools.

Qualifications

6+ years of software engineering experience
Frontend engineer with production surfaces
Fluent in TypeScript and React
Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex)
Strong cross-functional collaboration
Ability to build tooling and infrastructure for adoption

Responsibilities

Design and implement AI-assisted workflows connecting Figma and production code
Collaborate with Product Design on component patterns and workflows
Enhance the design system for AI tooling integration
Partner with Developer Experience and Frontend Infrastructure teams
Facilitate feedback and prioritize UX improvements
Prototype and evaluate AI development tools for adoption
